My last post was about preparing the graphic photograph image of my son and converting it to g-code and then machining it on my movable bed CNC machine. That was when I found that the movable bed of my CNC machine was not perfectly leveled.

So, by skimming off a small fraction of the surface, I tried to machined the movable bed as perfectly flat as possible.

Well, I had done that and had managed to complete the stippling dot cut of the image of my son in time for his birthday.
