I started to get interested in CNC machines when I was introduced to autocad drawing long time ago. At that time, I was working with Autocad version 12 and later on I managed to get a light version called Autocad LT.
Anyway, I was fascinated when the drawings were sent to a plotter. I could actually see the pen moving up and down and drawing on the paper guided only by a computer program.

Recently, I happened to come across a few videos that touched on using floppy drives to make a mini CNC machine and I was hooked.
Following the videos and after more searching on the internet, I managed to make some items work. I am also buying some stepper motor drivers to help me with my projects.
